| After being a customer for over 30yrs and spending thousands of dollars I will discontinue shopping at your store. Mr Joe Mike insulted me by refusing to let me use a visa prepaid debt card which did not need a pin number for access. He said I needed my I.D. in order to use it. Then added insult by saying he "did not know me". I shop there every day! Then he walked away in disrespect totally ignoring me. I guess business is better than ever when he can turn away a customer who until that day spent an average of $200 - $300 weekly, in cash!! I'm sure that's a drop in the bucket for such a big chain store . But believe me I am going to make it a mission to turn away more customers through multiple e-mails sent to friends , family, church members, neighbor etc. Those people will tell more people and the numbers I guarantee will multiply.Just the members of Crossroads alone will be significant! Many of my neighbors already shop on starling stores and the Chinese store on Unionport because they all have cheaper prices and better quality fruits and vegetables. I know how dates are changed in order to avoid lost profits of spoiled products. When was the last inspection? Joe Mike is a working manager but lacks tact with his customers and employees. He is reluctant to help and arrogant. But I guess he's producing big profits.My persistence is unlimited unto achieving my goal. |

| Mr. Joe Mike would not allow the use of a visa prepaid debit card without I.D. Keyfood did not require I.D. because there was no need for one. Keyfood is minority friendly as oppose to Mr. Mike who is not a minority. Mr Lou Velle should look into complaints and review his pick of Managers. From now on I will shop at Keyfood on Unionport Rd. and encourage others to use Keyfood a more minority friendly supermarket. |
