I had a few questions to ask the Kinsor Management Co in regards of renewal of my Lease.
The service the Management provides is not just bad, it is shocking and awful. They have a guy who picks up the phone, who never introduces himself, so later you cannot tell who you have been spoken with. I have never met so rude and disrespectful person in my life. He screams on you over the phone! On my last conversation with him I have heard: “Why do you need to know my name? It is enough that I am telling you I work here!” and after I requested to speak to the Manager “It is not a monkey business! Shut up!” Highly professional, isn’t it? After such “nice” introduction I don’t feel like telling my business to such employee.
I found out that another employee – Diana – can assist me with my questions. I spoke with her, and was very pleased with her professional courtesy. She said that she needs some time to resolve my situation. Next day I called Kinsor Management to speak to her. Unfortunately, I was “lucky” to talk to the No-Name guy. When I asked him to transfer me to Diana, he told me that first I have to explain him why I am calling, so he will take care of the matter. I told him, that I have already spoken with Diana; and I am calling back as per her request. After that I was told that Diana is out for vacation for two weeks, so I have to wait for her to come back. I called back again in a day, and had a conversation with Diana, who was at work all these days, and had no idea that she is at a two-week vacation. It does not look like the Kinsor Management Co takes care of its image if they put such a bad-mannered and unprofessional person to speak to tenants and customers.
She is a wonderful Dentist. I recommended many co-workers and family members to Dr. Simeon. She takes her time and I never feel like I am being rushed while being worked on.
